(Makes enough chocolate mousse for 4 people)
6 tbsp cocoa powder
(if you are raw, use raw cocoa powder. If you are not raw, use normal 100% cocoa powder)
10 tbsp honey or 10 tbsp agave nectar or 6 Medjool dates
(adjust sweetness according to taste)
2 vanilla pods or 2 tsp vanilla flavouring
Small amount of water
Remove avocado flesh from skin.
Discard skin and stone.
Place flesh in a food processor.
Add all other ingredients to food processor with 20ml water.
Start food processor.
You may need to stop the processor and scrape down the sides.
Add small amounts of water and keep processing until the desired consistency is achieved.
Taste test. Add more cocoa or sweetner, depending on what you like.
When finished, place mousse in serving dishes.
Top with sliced strawberries.
